  • Communications: messages sent to vendors, reviews, replies, and support inquiries
  • Payment data: when you make a payment via Paystack, we collect transaction references but do not store credit card numbers (Paystack processes all payment data directly)

Information Collected Automatically

  • Device information: IP address, browser type, operating system version, device model, and unique device identifiers
  • Usage data: pages visited, time spent, referral URLs, clicks, and search queries
  • Location data: approximate location derived from IP address; precise location only if you enable it for the "Near Me" feature
  • FCM device token: if you use the Android app, we collect a Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send push notifications
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies to remember your preferences, authenticate your session, and analyze traffic

How We Use Your Information

  • To operate, maintain, and improve the Service
  • To process transactions and send confirmations
  • To send push notifications (replies, new listings, account updates) — you can disable these in your device settings

Third-Party Services

  • Google Play Services: used by the Android app for deep linking and OS-level features. Google's privacy policy applies.
  • Paystack: payment processing. We do not store credit card information. Paystack's privacy policy applies to payment data.
